Francisco Sepúlveda

Francisco Sepúlveda is the founding partner of EGM Abogados y Auditores. He holds a PhD in International Taxation from Leiden University, the Netherlands; an Advanced Master in International Tax Law from the International Tax Center, Leiden; and a Master's degree in Taxation from the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universidad de Talca, Chile.

Before founding RGS, Francisco worked as Tax Manager at KPMG Chile. He has extensive experience advising both national and international clients, leading the design and implementation of structures that have allowed Chilean companies  (particularly in the technology and digital services sector) to expand globally, as well as "flip" structures for Chilean startups relocating their holding company abroad. He has also advised numerous foreign companies on their establishment and operations in Chile.

In academia, Francisco has served as a visiting professor at the International Tax Center in Leiden and at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and has been invited to lecture at institutions such as New York University (NYU) and the Torcuato Di Tella, Austral, and UADE universities in Argentina.
